rider biomechanics & performance
Biomechanical analysis of your riding and off-horse screening assessment
Our in depth sessions consist of thorough assessment of your body's strengths and limitations. These tests are tailored to what is important for riders and are specific to your discipline and goals.
We then assess your riding position and alignment while you're on the horse. We discuss cues and techniques to make improvements while you ride and may trial exercises and equipment to help give you the feel for what we are working towards.
Tailored Exercise Program
Receive a customised exercise program with both on and off horse exercises that will specifically target the areas for improvement found in the session.
These exercises are unique to you and your needs and may help improve your strength, mobility, coordination, and balance, helping to allow you and your horse to move as one.
