If you can't make our face to face classes and would like to know what exercises to do, how to do them and when to do them, this program is for you. This program has been designed by specialist horse and rider physiotherapists who have extensive experience in working with both horse and rider to improve performance.
Each week you will receive 6 new exercises that can be performed easily at home or in your gym. For most of the exercises you require no equipment, just some floor space. Occasionally we will incorporate exercises that require weights. If you don't have access to weights, you can always perform the exercises without weight or be creative with what you have around the house - exercise bands, water bottles, milk bottles - feel free to use your imagination!

We use PhysiApp to deliver our online exercise program, as it helps you to complete your prescribed exercise program by following crystal-clear, narrated exercise videos. PhysiApp is completely free to download from the App store and Google Play store or can be accessed via your browser. Built-in reminders help you to stay on track towards a better you!
