No matter your fitness level or riding ability, we have a class program that will be right for you. We set goals for you each term and progress our classes each week, helping you to achieve results. Our classes are kept small to ensure each participant receives individual attention throughout.
MOTIVATING.
We assess and monitor your progress throughout the term, setting exercise goals and targets that tie in with your own riding and lifestyle goals. We use objective measures to show you just how much you are progressing. Regardless of your fitness level, ability or injury status, we have a class that will be right for you. |
SPECIFIC.
Our classes are designed and taught by practitioners with qualifications in physiotherapy, sports science and clinical pilates, who have extensive experience working with novice riders through to Olympic athletes. This experience has helped us to develop programs that are tailored specifically for the equestrian. |
PROVEN.
We design our programs based on the latest research. Numerous studies have shown that off-horse exercise programs can help to improve rider symmetry and horse performance. We tailor our classes to focus on strength, control, stability and mobility in a way that can help to improve your riding. |

Group Rehab
These classes are perfect for those who are new to group exercise classes or who are recovering from injury. Each participant is prescribed their own exercise program, performing it in a small group setting which enables you to receive close supervision from a physiotherapist. You will be regularly assessed by the physiotherapist, who will make adjustments and progressions to your program. These sessions may be claimed on your health fund. |
